1. Validity:

   • Gift Cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

   • Expired cards cannot be redeemed or extended.

2. Redemption:

   • Gift Cards may be redeemed for any Lune Skin & Wellness treatment, service, or retail skincare product.

   • They can be used in-clinic.

3. Non-Refundable:

   • Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

   • No change will be given for partially redeemed cards; any remaining balance will stay on the card until expiry.

4. Transferability:

   • Gift Cards are transferable and may be given to another person, but cannot be resold or used for promotional purposes without written consent from Lune Skin & Wellness.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards:

   • Lune Skin & Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Treat your Gift Card like cash.

6. Booking Policy:

   • All treatments are subject to availability.

   • Standard cancellation policies apply to appointments booked using a Gift Card.

7. Promotions:

   • Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with promotional offers or discounts unless specified.

8. Right to Amend:

   • Lune Skin & Wellness reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
